NAIA UBE P2P Shuttle Bus Now in the South - Alabang & Sta. Rosa Routes
Airport P2P Bus to Laguna Schedule Update for 2020!
UBE Express P2P Bus to Sta.Rosa |
To OFWs and fellow travelers from the south of Manila, good news!!!
There is now a convenient and cheap option going to and fro NAIA airport via UBE express bus. A new P2P (point 2 point) shuttle bus routing from NAIA terminal 1,2,3,4 to various locations in and around Manila. In the south, they do services in Alabang, Las Pinas, Sta Rosa, and Nuvali.
UBE, by the way, means Ultimate Bus Experience. At first, I thought they coined it UBE because of the bus color (purple). Catchy din because the bus looks elegant and when we were passing the busy streets of Balibago, Santa Rosa, I see a lot of people get curious with the bus (they were probably wondering what is a luxury bus doing in there, braving its way in Balibago where old jeepneys and bus are stuck bumper to bumper)
Very convenient and cheap. They only started plying the South route last November 8 and I was able to try their services on the 10th of November. There was a bit of confusion with their bus schedule due to heavy traffic that day but so far so good. At least now no need to worry and allot substantial budget renting a van (like in Sta.rosa Laguna, rental to NAIA airport fee costs about 3K one way only) when you only need to pay P190/each with unlimited luggage compartment pa. The bus is new, big and comfortable. Going to the south, they use NAIAx Skyway so the travel time is greatly reduced. Imagine, the fare per person is only equivalent to the Skyway toll fee you will have to pay when you bring your own vehicle.
They are also servicing other routes in Manila, Cubao, etc. their most popular route I think is
Araneta because the bus servicing this route was immediately filled up with passengers whereas there were only 5 of us aboard the Sta Rosa bus. They also leave by the clock, with or without passengers so no worries. Please refer to the attached photo for the complete fare and schedule.
This is privately owned by the way (by the same company that owns Air21 , so cross fingers maayos ang pagpapatakbo.
