I just clicked on the link and was redirected to another page swiftly. You need only to answer a series of questions pertaining to your shopping activities in the past three months such as if you have bought a certain brand of ice cream, personal care, laundry essentials and the likes.

Please take note that you would need to supply your complete name, birthday, email and mobile by the end of the survey. These information are required for you to get the vouchers at the end.
